Own customer insight and communication for Evervault by interviewing customers, understanding their business models and technical use cases, and turning findings into compelling content and tools. Create customer stories, blogs, social posts, workshops, videos, courses, reports, and potentially data-driven benchmark tools. Collaborate with product marketing, content, design, customer success, solutions engineering, product, and engineering teams to communicate how customers can gain more value from Evervault.

Evervault provides online card payment infrastructure primarily to companies building card payments into their products, as well as to sophisticated merchants who manage payment routing in-house. Best-in-class companies like Ramp, Overwolf, and Modern Treasury build their products on top of Evervault.

Beyond that, we are extending our core encryption technology to secure sensitive data for use cases outside of card payments, including banking, healthcare, identity, crypto, and more. Our mission is to become the clearinghouse for sensitive data, so companies can move data freely between systems without the compliance and security overhead.

About this role

Turns product and customer insight into shipped things like customer stories, tools, reports, courses, and community. You’ll tell our audience how customers use and get the best out of Evervault.

In March 2026, we raised $25m in our Series B led by Ribbit Capital. We’ve got a truly incredible and differentiated product that customers love. Your role is to help us tell that story.

You will join our “fuel room,” working closely with product marketing, content, and design. Our CEO, Shane, is heavily involved, whether it’s brainstorming ideas, sharing his wisdom, or being the face/voice for the content we produce; it’s a unique opportunity to get this much access.

The ultimate goal of this role is to own the understanding and communication of how our customers actually use us and how they can get the most from Evervault.

This means becoming the expert on the different business models and customer types we serve; how they operate, how they use Evervault today, and how they could get more out of us.

What you’ll do

You’ll be regularly talking to customers, hunting for interesting stories to tell, and creative ways to tell them.

By spending time with customer success and solutions engineering, you’ll add color to our target segments, gaining an intimate understanding of the characteristics that shape what they need from Evervault and how they use us.

You'll get into the weeds of our solutions with product and engineering, connecting what you know about customers to what's technically possible, so you can show new and existing customers the best way to get value from Evervault.

Armed with all that research, you'll be creative in how you communicate. Great writing will be a staple, and there will be blogs, social posts, etc. But we want someone who can explore new formats and ways to achieve your goal. Maybe it's hosting customer workshops to share best practices around a common pain point, creating YouTube videos as part of a learning module, or building a benchmark tool using the swathes of payment data we collect.

What you are

  • 3+ years of work experience. Backgrounds we like include product, product marketing, developer, technical writing, and solutions engineering.

  • Technically competent. Ideally, you’ve got a computer science or mechanical engineering-type background, or hobby developer experience.

  • Exceptional English writing and speaking skills.

  • Thinks like a journalist. You instinctively ask naive questions without embarrassment until you get an answer that is actually interesting.

  • Highly creative. Knowing what to say is part of the battle. Figuring out how to say it in a way that’s cool and interesting is something we’re really in the market for. Think Posthog Lite.

Benefits

  1. Competitive base

  2. Stock options with extendable exercise window

  3. Work from our office in London

  4. Flexible working hours

  5. Generous vacation days

  6. Private health insurance

  7. Catered lunch

Logistics

  1. Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in our office 3 days a week, Tuesday-Thursday.
