US Growth & Data Science 🚀
The team’s mission is to drive the growth of our US business through smart use of data and advanced analytics across customer acquisition, approval strategies and portfolio management. The team includes a diverse pool of analysts with various degrees of expertise, ranging from data engineering to advanced analytics.
What You’ll Be Doing 🗃️
- Using your analytical skills to find commercial growth opportunities for the US business
- Building and maintaining internal datasets for marketing, underwriting, fraud and KYB
- Create and maintain analytical data pipelines in DBT and Python, to support ongoing analysis and facilitate their incorporation into future BAU data processes.
- Finding innovative data sources and define ways to ingest the data (e.g. web scraping)
- Working with external partners and our data engineering team to productionize the datasets

We’re Looking For 🔎
- 2-4 years experience as a Analytics/Data Engineer or data analyst in a fast paced environment (a startup / scale-up)
- Strong analytical/ quantitative skills and able to cast business problems as analytical questions
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with a programming language like Python or R, and dashboarding softwares such as Looker or Tableau would be beneficial
- Willingness to “get your hands dirty” and learn how to build, analyse, and maintain complex datasets
- Conviction to challenge assumptions and received wisdom
- Curiosity to learn and experiment
- Analytical, pragmatic, and tenacious character
