The Growth Content Manager Europe drives freemium sign-ups and pipeline in Europe through content and sponsorship. You own the European editorial line, from the idea to the numbers. You report to the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilitiesContent strategy (Europe)
  • Own the editorial line for France, Spain, Germany, the UK and Italy, across LinkedIn, blog, newsletter and short-form video.

  • Write content that ranks on Google and gets cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews (SEO & GEO).

  • Bring a fresh eye: watch competitors and trends, propose new formats.

Content creation, organic and paid
  • Produce organic content: LinkedIn posts, carousels, articles, studies built on Gini data, videos.

  • Produce the creative that feeds paid campaigns: hooks, angles, scripts and visuals for Meta, Google and LinkedIn. Campaign management stays with the Paid lead.

  • Brief and review freelancers and UGC creators when volume calls for it.

Sponsorship
  • Own our podcast, newsletter and media sponsorships across Europe, starting with Gini's international launch.

  • Pick the right partners, negotiate, brief the content and measure what each one brings in.

  • Turn client wins into testimonials, case studies and videos, with Sales and Customer Success.

  • Cover our European events before, during and after: announcements, live content, recaps.

Performance tracking
  • Track reach, freemium sign-ups and pipeline by channel, with Marketing Ops.

  • Cut what doesn't work, double down on what does.

  • Share a monthly KPI review.

Collaboration
  • Head of Marketing & Paid: creative for campaigns, website.

  • Content US & Influence: shared formats, adapting content between Europe and the US.

  • Field & Events: content for EU events.

  • Marketing Ops: tracking in HubSpot.

  • Sales and Customer Success: client stories and content for target accounts.

Qualifications
  • 0 to 3 years in content or growth marketing (internships and apprenticeships count), ideally in B2B tech.

  • Fluent French and English. Spanish, German or Italian is a plus.

  • Strong writing and creativity, hands-on: you ideate and you produce.

  • Analytical mindset: you track data and decide from it.

  • Project management skills to run several initiatives at once.

  • At ease with AI tools and Canva or Figma; video editing is a plus.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

This role is designed to generate inbound leads in Europe and support Gini's growth through content and sponsorship.

What we offer
  • A real seat at the table during a company-wide pivot to Gini: your content shapes how the market sees us.

  • Room to test: budget for freelancers, creators, video and AI tools.

  • A team of ~90 across Paris, Madrid and Barcelona, backed by AXA Venture Partners, Alven and Elaia.

  • Permanent contract (CDI), based in Paris. Salary: €36K fixed + €4K variable (gross, annual).
