Join a high-calibre team of Palantir, Monzo, and Wise veterans to turbo-charge Tunic Pay’s commercial engine. As a business operations "human accelerant," you will own the full customer lifecycle from initial outreach and pitching to pilot execution and long-term expansion, directly contributing to the global battle against financial crime.

What you will do:
Execute end-to-end commercial cycles including prospect research, meeting strategy, contract negotiation, and launching customer pilots.
Manage post-pilot customer success by running workshops and translating technical results into full-scale rollouts and long-term partnerships.
Conduct deep-dive research into bank fraud infrastructures and new market segments to refine Tunic’s product positioning and strategy.
The ideal candidate:
Has 4+ years of experience in strategy, BizOps, or consulting with mastery in Excel, slide decks, and stakeholder management.
Demonstrates "Radical Ownership," possessing the entrepreneurial energy to thrive in ambiguous, resource-light startup environments.
Combines precise, compelling writing skills with a technical baseline to effectively communicate the value of complex software products.
