This role is responsible for the Media ROI learning plan for multiple brands in Europe helping the Marketing teams for continued success against the ROI targets. We are searching for someone skilled in operating within a matrix organization, bringing together and align cross-functional partners (Consumer Experience, Marketing), key Publisher partners (e.g., Google, Meta) and Analytics providers. This role is leveraging advanced analytic tools to identify opportunities to optimize media effectiveness and ROI. This role will also be responsible to optimize our process & improve our capabilities to measure digital media effectiveness and continuously build on our digital media knowledge
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
  • Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
  • Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
  • Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver
  • Lead the Digital Media capabilities and T&L agenda in Europe, by closely collaborating with CX leadership, JBP partners & Global I&A Teams. This includes the optimization of the process to input digital campaigns data into MMM.

Skills/Leadership Competencies:
Analytical - Expertise in statistical techniques/modelling. Outstanding data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to distil business insights in a clear, logical manner.
Business Acumen - Good understanding of business and keen to understand and deal with the situations to drive for results. Knows the priorities, what drives the business. Makes him/her to be self-starter, independent thinker with exceptional passion and drive/can-do-attitude to get things done. Commit and deliver.
Communication - Concise and effective communicator (in meetings, writing and presenting), ability to simplify complexity / also foster a cohesive and productive working relationship with their direct report.
Integrity and Trust- Principled, ethical, and consistent. Seek feedback and are willing to change. Treat colleagues with respect and dignity
Collaborative and Peer Relationship- Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional/cross-border project teams. Engagement; build on ideas from all corners of the company. Ability to develop close working relationship across cultures.

Required Experience:
Experience within marketing analytics, data science, media, consulting, or related fields.
Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background in marketing, analytics, economics or business
  • Experience in advanced audience analytics, Marketing Mix Measurement, real-time measurement tools, 0/1st party consumer data, optimization.
  • Experience in data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI
  • Experience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources and across the organization.
