The Role

As Group Product Manager - Wealth, you'll shape the future of wealth management at one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs.

Your key responsibilities 🎯

  • Lead the strategy for Plum’s wealth products, including investments, savings, and retirement.
  • Drive growth across the UK and EU, ensuring products are competitive, localized, and optimized.
  • Expand investment offerings and refine savings solutions to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to navigate regulations across markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, empowering them to execute and innovate with excellence.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to launch impactful products.
  • Use data and insights to drive decisions and optimize performance.

Who you are 👀

  • Experienced in wealth products, especially investments (savings experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in scaling fintech products in the UK and EU.
  • Strong strategic and execution skills, with a customer-focused, data-driven approach.
  • A leader with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Familiar with UK & EU wealth product regulations (FCA experience a bonus).
  • Great at stakeholder management and navigating international growth.
