At Boldyn Networks, we’re building a connected future — and that starts with our people. We’re looking for a Group People Systems Manager to join us on a 8 month Fixed Term Contract to lead the global delivery and optimisation of our HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday HCM.
This is a pivotal role in shaping a seamless, intuitive employee experience across the entire lifecycle — from onboarding to succession planning — through smart, scalable systems.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the implementation of new Workday HCM modules and functionalities across global markets
Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and user support
Oversee data conversion, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and training
Create user guides and support materials for HR teams and end-users
Support integration with downstream applications (e.g. ADP, LinkedIn)
Act as the global Workday systems administrator, managing access, workflows, and approvals
Deliver Workday reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience managing Workday HCM in a global environment
Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be enabled through technology
Experience with system integrations, testing cycles, and stakeholder management
