Coordinate group payroll processes across UK and rest-of-world, liaise with Global Mobility, P&C and outsourced providers, handle payroll queries and calculations, prepare journals for Oracle, update payroll procedures, and support meetings and implementation.
Ensuring compliance and continual communications between Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers to enable the business to have reassurance that procedures and strict compliance is adhered to.

- Assist with the administration of the Group Payroll Processes (UK and ROW)
- Assist with producing journals for implementation into finance system (Oracle)
- Attend meetings and assist Global Mobility Partners, P&C and payroll providers when required
- Manage internal and external queries – Including payroll calculations
- Check, update, and assist with implementation of payroll processes and procedures

- Experience in payroll (Advantage if understanding of Global payroll set-up/processing)
- Working with accounting systems and financial processes

- Proficient in Excel
