Für die Servicegruppe Bern brauchen wir deine Unterstützung!
Du bist als Gruppeneiter verantwortlich für die Reparaturen von Aufzugsanlagen sowie Rolltreppen in der Niederlassung Bern. Du führst ein Team von 3 Reparateuren. Als Vertreter von OTIS betreust du zudem unsere Kunden im Rahmen unserer Service-Excellence-Politik.
Hauptaufgaben
Du planst für dein Team und dich die dir zugewiesenen Reparaturarbeiten
Du führts Reparaturarbeiten aus
Du erkennst für dein Team die Sicherheitsrisiken und setzt die Sicherheitsprozesse um
Du wirkst bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen mit
Du arbeitest neue Mitarbeitende ein und überwachst den Ausbildungsstand
Du unterstütz den Serviceleiter bei der Definition des Schulungsbedarfs deines Teams
Qualifikationen/ Erfahrung/ Kenntnisse
Du hast elektromechanische Kenntnisse und kennst dich womöglich mit alter und neuer Technik aus und magst Smartphone Apps
Du führst dein Team fachtechnisch und machst Coaching on the job
Du kennst das Prinzip "learning by doing" und gehst eigene Fragestellungen proaktiv an
Du gehst gerne auf Mitmenschen zu, legst ein freundliches Auftreten gegenüber deinem Umfeld an den Tag und baust dir dein "Netzwerk" auf
Du bist im Besitz eines Führerscheins mit der Kategorie B
Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
