The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, commercially savvy HR Business Partner to join our team and support a cluster of our growing global businesses. This isn’t your typical HRBP role. You’ll work alongside talented, established HR teams embedded within each Business Unit (BU). Your job? To elevate their work - bringing additional strategic insight, acting as a trusted escalation point, and making sure HR operations run smoothly while aligning with Business Unit Leaderships Teams and championing Lumine’s high standards.

You’ll work closely with and report directly to the Sub-Group (Operation) Leader and the Group Finance Director. You will report dotted-line into the Group HR Director. Your remit will cover a diverse portfolio of businesses, currently across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, helping them navigate growth, change, and integration with confidence.

Why This Role is Different

  • Strategic Influence: You'll layer in a broader people strategy while supporting the day-to-day operational HR activities within each BU.
  • Trusted Advisor: You'll be the go-to escalation point for HR teams, ensuring consistency, guidance, and calm under pressure.
  • Playbook Champion: We operate with proven, practical HR Playbooks. You'll embrace these frameworks while championing continuous improvement.
  • Growth Focused: Prior experience working with recently acquired businesses and helping them transition into new cultures and operating models would be a huge advantage.
  • Global Outlook: International group-level experience (or similar complex matrix environments) will set you up for success here.

What You’ll Do

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Embed and execute Group-wide people strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Partner with BU leaders to shape talent plans, succession strategies, and organizational structures.
  • Guide the local HR teams through performance, compensation, engagement, and talent processes.
  • Lead HR input into annual and quarterly business planning cycles.
  • Support due diligence and HR integration for acquisitions.

Operational Excellence

  • Provide hands-on guidance to BU HR teams on complex people matters and ensure alignment to Group policies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR reporting, systems, and governance (Workday).
  • Give Guidance to HR Members and Managers to drive recruitment excellence across the Sub-Group.
  • Drive accurate, timely HR reporting and compliance with both local legislation and Lumine standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in senior HR roles within Group, Multi-Region, or International environments or similar experience.
  • Experience supporting newly acquired businesses through change and integration would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, performance, succession, and employee relations is a must.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and guide senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (ideally Workday)
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation across multiple regions would be advantageous.
  • Agile, proactive, commercially minded — with a healthy respect for detail.

What We Value

  • Curiosity and a growth mindset
  • Strong relationship-building across cultures and functions
  • A bias for action balanced with sound judgment
  • A collaborative, no-nonsense approach
  • An appetite for working globally in complex environments

What’s in it for You?

  • Exposure to a global portfolio of innovative businesses
  • A collaborative HR team with clear direction, solid frameworks, and room for creativity
  • Autonomy to make a difference with leaders who listen
  • The opportunity to grow your career within a Group that’s committed to long-term success
