This is a unique opportunity to shape growth strategy, product development, and client engagement for two of our most respected B2B verticals.

This senior-level role will lead marketing strategy and execution across subscriptions, events, and bespoke training services—driving innovation, engagement, and revenue growth across global markets.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, you will take ownership of our marketing efforts for Central Banking and Risk Learning. You’ll lead a team of three and collaborate with stakeholders across editorial, commercial, product, and digital functions to deliver results through strategic leadership, data-driven campaigns, and audience-first engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Team Management
  • Define and execute the marketing growth strategy for Central Banking and Risk Learning in partnership with the Brand Director and Global Marketing Director.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team across events, subscriptions, and training verticals.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to evolve product offerings and develop new, high-margin learning experiences.
  • Actively contribute to brand leadership teams, influencing wider business direction and profitability goals.
Campaign Management & Lead Generation
  • Oversee all marketing activities (online/offline), campaigns, and lead generation through HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Drive digital and automation strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and retention for subscribers.
  • Deliver effective marketing support for sales teams, equipping them with tools and insights to win and retain clients.
Subscriptions & Engagement
  • Develop and optimise onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement journeys for subscribers in the Americas and beyond using Piano, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Achieve KPIs related to retention, customer lifetime value, and engagement levels.
  • Improve marketing automation workflows to boost lead quality and conversion rates.
Events & Training Promotion
  • Curate and build targeted audiences to drive attendance at global in-person events, developing relationships with senior figures such as Central Bank Governors.
  • Expand the reach and impact of bespoke and enterprise learning offerings through targeted digital campaigns and CRM strategies.
  • Optimise conversion for 1-2-1 virtual training courses through automated marketing and streamlined processes.
Research & Product Insight
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to inform product development and positioning.
  • Build segmentation strategies, clean and enhance data lists, and refine go-to-market approaches through detailed audience analysis.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to write high-converting, benefit-driven copy and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Present monthly reports on the subscriptions business at board level, providing insights on revenue, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and data teams to enhance dashboard visibility, track ROI, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor website performance, content optimisation, and customer behaviour using Google Analytics and internal CMS (BB8).
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, digital media, or professional training sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of subscription marketing, marketing automation, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Piano).
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to lead data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and revenue accountability.
  • Inspirational team leadership with experience managing high-performing marketers.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability—comfortable operating at both board and operational levels.
  • A passion for audience development, product marketing, and client-centred campaign design.
