Job Description

Location; We work on a 3+ days office/hybrid model, with frequent travel between HQ and the markets

At Valeo Foods, international sales are our biggest driver of organic growth and a cornerstone of our group strategy. We’re building a new international sales model that brings our divisions together as One Group, strengthens our capabilities, and takes our incredible brands to more markets worldwide.

That’s where you come in.

As Group Head of Category Development, you’ll be the go-to expert for your category across all markets. This is a pivotal role, developing a group-wide category strategy, using data and insights to identify opportunities, and working closely with our international sales leadership team.

You’ll collaborate with category and sales teams across all divisions, influencing and engaging stakeholders at every level to make our brands global. From shaping strategy to supporting new product launches and building playbooks for eCommerce and social media, you’ll help us unlock growth in emerging markets and beyond.

Qualifications

This role calls for:

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • The ability to influence and collaborate in a complex, matrix environment
  • A proven track record in FMCG category leadership with exposure to food categories
