We’re looking for a smart, organised and ambitious Risk & Compliance Manager to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of key risk, compliance and resilience responsibilities at an early stage - and to grow as we scale.
You’ll lead the charge on ISO 27001 implementation (with external support), maintain our risk register, own business continuity planning, oversee third-party risk, and help us meet our regulatory obligations as a regulated fintech. You won’t be expected to know everything on day one - but you will need to be proactive, structured, and comfortable getting into the detail.
You’ll be responsible for:
🔹 Owning our ISMS and ISO 27001 compliance
🔹 Maintaining our enterprise risk register and leading regular risk reviews
🔹 Managing operational resilience and business continuity planning
🔹 Overseeing third-party risk and due diligence across key vendors
🔹 Supporting regulatory compliance across the business (e.g. FCA requirements)
We’re looking for:
✅ 1–3 years in risk, compliance, internal audit, or operations
✅ Strong documentation and coordination skills
✅ A bias to action and comfort with ambiguity
✅ Familiarity with regulated environments or a strong interest in fintech
