Why this job is important
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our friendly, creative B2C team. You’ll work across three global consumer engagement brands – Qmee, Mobiworkx, and LifePoints – creating visual experiences that delight millions of users. What you’ll be doing
- Create digital assets for social media, paid social, email campaigns, blog posts, websites, and app environments across Qmee, Mobiworkx, and LifePoints.
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Assist in producing illustrations, icons, infographics, and simple animations where required.
- Adapt existing designs for different formats, platforms, and brand needs.
- Contribute ideas to creative discussions and marketing initiatives.
- Undertake basic image editing, retouching, and resizing.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on the brief.
- Support the Senior Designers in ad-hoc design tasks and longer-term brand projects.
The ideal skills & experience
- A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Experience designing for social media or consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn; motion graphics skills are a plus.
