Job Details

Kantar is the world’s leading AI-native marketing data and analytics business and an indispensable brand partner to the world’s top companies. We combine the most meaningful attitudinal and behavioural data with deep expertise and advanced analytics to uncover how people think and act. We help clients understand what has happened and why and how to shape the marketing strategies that shape their future.

Why this job is important

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our friendly, creative B2C team. You’ll work across three global consumer engagement brands – Qmee, Mobiworkx, and LifePoints – creating visual experiences that delight millions of users. If you’re passionate about design, eager to learn, and want to make an impact across diverse digital touchpoints, this is your chance to grow your career in a collaborative environment where your ideas matter.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create digital assets for social media, paid social, email campaigns, blog posts, websites, and app environments across Qmee, Mobiworkx, and LifePoints.
  • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in producing illustrations, icons, infographics, and simple animations where required.
  • Adapt existing designs for different formats, platforms, and brand needs.
  • Contribute ideas to creative discussions and marketing initiatives.
  • Undertake basic image editing, retouching, and resizing.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on the brief.
  • Support the Senior Designers in ad-hoc design tasks and longer-term brand projects.

The ideal skills & experience

  • A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  • Experience designing for social media or consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn; motion graphics skills are a plus.

What’s in it for you

  • Hybrid working with two to three days in the office
  • Up to 25 days off, life leave, plus your birthday off and two days paid for volunteering
  • Meal card and flexible benefits where you are allocated funds to spend on a variety of benefits such as transport cost, education related and more

Why join Kantar?

You’ll be joining our Profiles division, home to specialists in survey design, sampling and data science. With the world’s largest audience network (over 170 million people), we’re trusted by many of the world’s leading brands to provide amazing insights from real people.

What about Kantar itself? Well, we shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere. By understanding people, we can understand what drives their decisions, actions, and aspirations on a global scale. And if we combine the expertise of our people with the latest AI technology, we can really help brands discover some amazing insights.

And because we know people, we like to make sure our own people are being looked after as well. Equality of opportunity for everyone is our highest priority and we support our colleagues to work in a way works for them. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and sections of society. Even if you feel like you’re not an exact match, we’d love to receive your application and talk to you about this job or others with us.
