The Role

Are you a creative problem-solver looking to make an impact at one of the world’s leading real estate firms? Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Bid Design team is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join our high-performing, fast-paced team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke, high-end projects that are pivotal to the success of the business, influencing high-value opportunities across the EMEA region.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a global team of talented designers, working closely with stakeholders across multiple markets to create innovative, standout pitches and business development materials. If you’re excited by the prospect of crafting unique visual stories around some of the world’s most prestigious real estate projects—and you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same—this is the role for you.

About You

  • Create compelling visual narratives that capture the essence of our brand and clients, blending creativity with strategic messaging for high-stakes pitches and proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, bid managers, and stakeholders across EMEA to deliver bespoke, visually engaging projects that often feel like mini-brand campaigns.
  • Engage early in the creative process by developing conceptual ideas and unique themes that make our pitches stand out from the crowd, while working closely with the Head of UK & EMEA Bid Design.
  • Manage your own projects, balancing creativity with deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of visually striking collateral across multiple stages of development.
  • Foster creative exchange within our global design team, joining weekly brainstorming sessions that fuel innovation and encourage team building.

Responsibilities

You’re not just a designer—you’re a storyteller. You bring passion, energy, and a fresh perspective to every project. You’re excited by the chance to collaborate globally and create something truly unique, with a relentless drive to push the boundaries of what corporate design can be.

  • You have a strong eye for typography and layout that tells a visual story.
  • You thrive in high-energy, deadline-driven environments, with a knack for multi-tasking across several projects at different stages.
  • You’re a team player who enjoys bouncing ideas off colleagues, but you can also own and drive a project from start to finish.
  • You’re client-focused and comfortable working closely with bid managers, marketing teams, and stakeholders across the business to bring a pitch’s vision to life.
  • You’re innovative and an outside-the-box thinker, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to bid and pitch design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. Experience with Ceros and print production processes is a bonus.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
  • Multimedia skills (motion graphics, animation, or video editing) are a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience delivering multiple creative outputs on tight deadlines.
  • Any additional language skills are a bonus, helping you thrive in our diverse, multilingual EMEA team.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a creative, high-energy environment.

Why Cushman & Wakefield?

  • Join a global design team where creativity meets strategy, and every project feels like a new opportunity to shine.
  • We celebrate BIG and BOLD thinking—your ideas matter and will play a pivotal role in shaping our pitches and business development materials.
  • Enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work environment, with three days per week in our Central London office to foster collaboration and relationship-building with your team.
  • Access to growth opportunities within a leading firm—our team is growing, and with bi-annual performance reviews, we’re committed to supporting your career development.
  • You’ll work on diverse, high-profile projects across the EMEA region, gaining exposure to global teams and unique market practices.
