Job Summary: 
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on production work. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Art Director, senior designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality print and digital assets. Your work will support a range of projects, including whitepapers, one-sheets, presentation decks, event banners, and social media posts. This is an ideal position for someone with strong technical skills in the Adobe suite, excellent attention to detail, and experience in both print and digital design. Additionally, we value candidates who are open to using AI and other design tools to streamline and speed up the production process. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Production Design: Create collateral using templates for whitepapers, sellsheets one-sheets, event banners, and social media posts while adhering to brand guidelines. 
  • Print and Digital Expertise: Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and content teams, to ensure deliverables meet project goals and timelines. 
  • File Organization: Maintain organized files and creative cloud libraries to streamline workflows and support team efficiency. 
  • Asset Management: Maintain assets (photos, logos, illustrations, product screens etc. on our Brand Center). 
  • Quality Control: Review and proof design files before final delivery. 
  • Strong understanding of branding and guidelines 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a focus on production work. 
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint).  
  • Print & Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of preparing files for print (e.g., bleed, crop marks, CMYK etc.) and digital platforms (social media specifications, RGB file set-up). 
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Graphic design 
  • Experience designing for events and corporate marketing materials. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools and file-sharing platforms
