101 Ways are a London-based digital transformation consultancy with a proven track record of delivering high value and complex software development for enterprise businesses. With private equity investment in 2023, and a new CEO joining the business in August 2024, we are at the start of a journey to redefine who we are, and articulate that to the market in a meaningful and impactful way. Growing and maintaining our existing accounts and attracting new clients will be pivotal to ensuring the business achieves its commercial ambitions. 

The role 

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help us design our assets so that they’re engaging, interesting and bring our new visual identity to life in a powerful way.

Key responsibilities

  • Design direction
    • Working with marketing to understand quarterly/annual campaign themes and develop the creative ideas and themes in a way that best captures the essence of our brand (and which helps us stand out!)
    • Advising sales and marketing on how to bring key campaigns and collateral (bids, creds decks) to life to support brand awareness and demand generation
    • Setting budget for design tools, photography libraries, etc

Design execution

    • Designing assets to support our marketing campaign activity across print and digital - industry reports and guides, flyers, event pull-up banners, videos, ad and web banners, LinkedIn banners, etc
    • Designing assets to support business generation - bids, proposals, slide decks and templates, case studies, internal briefing documents 
    • Supporting talent retention and acquisition e.g. design of merchandise, office branding
    • Hitting deadlines for execution and delivering to brand guidelines
    • Maintaining internal photography library (both stock and commissioned)

Budget management 

    • Managing spend for design tools 
  • Design optimisation 
    • Proactively identifying and executing visuals and design to optimise and improve performance 
    • Making it easy for colleagues across the business to use visual tools such as slide templates 

Design capabilities required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to bid and pitch design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
  • Experience with print production processes is a bonus
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics
  • Multimedia skills (motion graphics, animation, or video editing) are desirable


Personal capabilities required

  • This is a hands-on role so you’ll enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in 
  • Good working relationship with sales and marketing stakeholders and others across the business as well as external stakeholders e.g. media partners
  • Excellent project management to hit deadlines on multiple projects and being able to pivot as and when needed
  • Creative thinker who is hungry to keep improving what we do 

Reporting & location

  • Reporting to the 101 Ways Marketing Director  
  • Hybrid with offices based in central London and will require minimum 2 days in the office
