Our Marketing team is growing and we’re looking to bring on a highly talented Graphic Designer to help us bring our brand to life!  If you're excited about creating eye-catching designs and working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

In particular you will:

  • Lead the design and execution of key brand assets, including our website, sales collateral, event materials, and other graphics, ensuring alignment with our brand identity
  • Implement a design system to streamline the creation of brand assets, including “self-serve” templates for internal teams.
  • Ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels, including website, email, and social media.
  • Create a process to support various stakeholders, including establishing a Creative Brief and intake process.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals for digital campaigns, product interfaces, and other materials.
  • Design visually compelling presentations, infographics, and marketing materials that communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of showcasing your creativity and design skills across various media (web, mobile, social, print, etc.).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar. Experience with Figma or Sketch is a bonus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment. You can balance creativity with efficiency to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take feedback, iterate, and improve designs based on stakeholder input.

Additional Requirements:
