About you 

  • Experience in designing cross channel experiences  
  • Ability to drive and close on design requirements independently - this should cover hands-on experience working within Adobe Creative Suite and tools like KNAK, BEE Editor and Creatopy to create functional emails and banner ads. 
  • New Email Design 
  • Existing Email Amendment 
  • Existing Website - Copy Amendment 
  • Existing Website - Design Amendment 
  • Existing Video - Graphic/Overlay Edit 
  • Internal Workplace Post 
  • New digital ads 
  • Existing digital ads amendment 
  • PowerPoint tidy up 
  • New website designs (templated) 
  • Additional design skills in related fields, including filmmaking, motion design, and prototyping is a plus  
  • Familiarity with best practices in accessible design  
     

Soft skills required: 

  • Experience or familiarity with agile marketing and processes  
  • Experience working in an agile environment a plus  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills  
  • Team player & amiable attitude  
  • Is able to multi-task and switch between projects based on priorities  
  • Is able to work in a high paced & high volume environment  
  • Is able to work in a global work environment – is able to quickly ramp up to UK local market nuances  
  • Is responsible and is accountable (e.g. doesn’t require follow ups/ chases to complete tasks) 

Must have:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field  
    2+ years of experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, graphic designer, or similar role  
  • A portfolio demonstrating experience creating great user-centered designs  
  • Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation, iconography production, illustration, logo creation, branding, and interaction design  
  • Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred) Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Invision, KNAK, BEE Editor or Creatopy etc  
  • Familiarity with pharma/health technology is a plus 
  • Experience creating production specs/assets, working directly with developers for  
    implementation of designs is a plus
