Your Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing visual concepts and graphics for marketing campaigns, both online and offline (e.g. social media, newsletter, and website assets; POS; out-of-home advertising).

  • Planning and designing printed materials and publications, including layouts, image editing and preparing print files, while monitoring the process to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

  • Designing and developing graphics for global marketing projects and brand events.

  • Creating and developing visuals for the clothing collection, including seasonal prints, patterns and motifs.

  • Working closely with the Art Director, as well as attending planning and feedback meetings with creative, marketing, and collection departments.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure all visual materials align with our brand identity and strategy.

Your Profile

  • Strong interest in fashion, contemporary culture and design, with a solid understanding of the Carhartt WIP consumer.

  • Knowledge of marketing trends and brand competitors in the fashion industry.

  • A degree in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable qualification.

  • Relevant professional experience as a graphic designer and/or apparel graphic designer.

  • Proficient with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects (experience with 3D animation software such as Blender and Cinema 4D is an advantage).

  • Experience in designing digital assets, using 3D animation, and producing printed materials or publications.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English (German is an advantage).
