ABOUT THE POSITION

Graphic Designer (Ads) at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

As an Ads Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging advertisements for various digital platforms, customized for the brand’s core audience. Your role will involve working closely with the creative strategy and media buying teams to develop concepts that align with our brand's vision and marketing objectives. You will use your design expertise to produce high-quality ads that capture the attention of our target audience. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Create visually stunning ad designs for digital platforms customized for the brand’s core audience.

- Collaborate with the video team to conceptualize and develop animated ads.

- Participate in brainstorming meetings with the creative strategy team to generate innovative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns.

- Coordinate with fellow team members to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

- Work with the rest of the marketing team to analyze ad performance and make data-driven design improvements and reiterations.

- Optimize designs based on received feedback and performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and tone.

- Maintain brand integrity across all marketing materials.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the advertising industry.

- Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and audience preferences.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design role in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide a strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs and creative projects.

- Have a genuine interest in fashion to connect with style-conscious customers.

- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

- Be passionate about design and sharing ideas and have the ability to think outside the box.

- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Display strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

SALARY

2500-3300 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
