Job Description

Working in the self-storage industry involves a variety of tasks, such as advising on real estate investments, valuing properties and portfolios, developing feasibility and viability studies, advising on developments and working closely with our other teams across the business. This work covers the UK and Europe and is a dynamic and exciting position in the highest growing real estate sector since 2025,
Through our Commercial Property Pathway, you will assist in delivering a broad range of projects for our clients, with no limits on what you can get involved in.

This is a non-rotational pathway, meaning you will have an undisruptive experience in our dynamic self-storage team over a minimum of 2 year, which includes Valuations, Investment & Capital Markets, and Consultancy Services. The graduate programme will provide the tools and support required to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become an RICS accredited Graduate Surveyor by the end of your programme

Graduate Programme Overview

Our 2-year graduate programme offers a dynamic blend of learning and real-world experience, giving you an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate sector and a head start in your professional journey. You will work on impactful projects, gaining new skills and invaluable insights into our business.

Throughout the programme, you’ll participate in discussion panels, Q&A sessions with senior leaders, training workshops, and networking events, all designed to enhance your development and expand your professional network.

Whether you’re currently studying Real Estate or another discipline but have a passion for property, this graduate programme offers a fantastic opportunity and provide you with the foundation for progression and a long and successful career at Cushman & Wakefield.

Eligibility

Expected 2.1 or higher in your undergraduate degree  (If your undergraduate degree is not RICS accredited you will need to undertake a Msc whilst completing your graduate programme with us)
Must be in your final year of study
GCSE grade ‘C/4’ in both Maths and English
Successful candidates must by the start of their employment have permission to work in the UK
