Here’s a summary of the role:

As a Graduate Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be at the core of our recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider People team to ensure a seamless and engaging hiring experience. This role offers the perfect balance of analytical and creative work. You’ll engage your left-brain skills to leverage data-driven insights to refine our recruitment strategies, while also tapping into your right-brain creativity to build strong connections with top talent, foster meaningful relationships, and design compelling recruitment campaigns.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Stakeholder Management: Assist in building relationships with hiring managers and People teams to understand the upcoming hiring needs and expectations.
  • Candidate Experience & Management: Support the candidate journey by coordinating communication and interview scheduling.
  • Sourcing: Learn to identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, tools and techniques.
  • Evaluation & Selection: Help review applications, organize assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Ownership & Prioritization: Develop time management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams to support recruitment efforts and hiring strategies.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, and people development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be a plus
