We’re excited to re-open our annual Graduate Software Developer Programme – an 18-month journey designed to shape the next generation of engineers through hands-on experience, impactful work, and deep exposure to the full product lifecycle.

🌍 A bit about Blink

We're not just closing the digital divide; we're reconnecting distributed organisations, enabling seamless communication, and re-engaging employees like never before. Our super-app brings together communication, tools, and information into one platform- giving frontline workers the digital experience they deserve.

With teams in Boston, London, and Sydney, we're making waves worldwide, partnering with industry leaders like Domino’s, JD Sports and McDonald’s.

Recognised by Gartner, G2, and Sifted as a leader in our field, we’re scaling fast — and that’s where you come in. As a graduate in our technology team, you’ll work on a platform that blends innovation, automation, and world-class engineering to tackle complex, real-world challenges. You’ll be part of building the #1 mobile workplace for frontline teams everywhere.

🎯 About the technology graduate programme

From day one, you’ll be coding. Not shadowing, not just watching — you’ll be building.

Over 18 months, you’ll rotate across teams every six months. You’ll explore the front end, back end, DevOps, and product – working within agile, cross-functional squads alongside senior and junior developers who are there to support your growth.

This is a rare opportunity to learn in the real world, backed by mentorship, and surrounded by a team that wants to see you succeed.

🛠 What you’ll do
  • Contribute to production code that reaches real users.
  • Build scalable, reliable, and performant software.
  • Learn and apply engineering best practices across the stack.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve meaningful problems.
  • Explore different areas of the tech team via team rotations.
  • Be part of the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.

RequirementsWhat we’re looking for
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD).
  • Recent graduates or 1-2 years working in industry post-degree.
  • Solid programming and software design fundamentals.
  • Experience with relational databases and a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • An interest in full-stack development – from UI to infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a passion for learning and technology.
  • Great knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++.

You don’t need to tick every box— if you’re motivated to learn fast, take ownership early, and build technology that solves real problems for real people, we’d love to hear from you!

💚 What you’ll get from Blink
  • An 18-month structured programme with hands-on learning and real responsibility.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of technologies and teams.
  • A fast-paced, supportive environment where innovation is celebrated.
  • The experience of being part of a mission-led startup that’s scaling globally.
  • Mentorship from experienced engineers and product leaders.
  • A culture that celebrates inclusion, creativity, and growth.
  • Flexible working and wellbeing support.
  • A clear path to a permanent role after successful completion of the programme.
