About the Role:
We are looking for a Graduate Site Engineer to join the frontline of project delivery, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of civil, mechanical, or electrical works on water and wastewater sites. This is a hands-on, site-based role offering exposure to major infrastructure projects, cutting-edge technologies, and the chance to build a meaningful career in a future-proof industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations
Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings
Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site
Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets
Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges
Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication
A recent or upcoming graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong interest in site-based engineering and infrastructure delivery
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Willingness to travel to various project sites across East Anglia
Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
