About the Role: 

We are looking for a Graduate Site Engineer to join the frontline of project delivery, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of civil, mechanical, or electrical works on water and wastewater sites. This is a hands-on, site-based role offering exposure to major infrastructure projects, cutting-edge technologies, and the chance to build a meaningful career in a future-proof industry. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with day-to-day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations 

  • Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings 

  • Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site 

  • Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance 

  • Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets 

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges 

  • Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication 

 
 What We’re Looking For: 
  • A recent or upcoming graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline 

  • Strong interest in site-based engineering and infrastructure delivery 

  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills 

  • Willingness to travel to various project sites across East Anglia 

  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
