The Role

We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Graduate to join our Sales Operations team.

This role is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in commercial operations and looking to learn how sales, finance, and data teams all work together. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales process by handling updates, checks, and reconciliations that keep our systems accurate and our teams running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM & CMS Updates: Maintain accurate and timely records in HubSpot by updating client budgets, new deals (e.g. baselines, rates, and offers) and key commercial data.

  • Data Validation: Run regular data checks to ensure client platform data aligns with Tableau dashboards and we can make sound, commercial decisions.

  • Finance Preparation: Update and reconcile Insertion Orders (IOs) and related documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy ahead of finance processing.

  • Operational Support: Update merchant optimisation sheets and internal Ops team forms, ensuring all information is current and ready for internal reporting.

  • Cross-functional communication: Kept up to date and collaboration is improved across Commercial, BI and Operations teams.

  • Process Improvement: Identify manual or repetitive tasks that can be improved or automated over time, reducing margin for human error in our day-to-day processes.

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and data.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).

  • Eager to learn and proactive in taking ownership of tasks.

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
