What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and engage new customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, working toward clear sales targets
  • Qualify leads and run your own sales conversations independently, with senior backup when needed
  • Learn to present Windcave's solutions confidently, full training on products, pricing, and the payments landscape provided
  • Keep CRM records accurate and track your activity and performance against individual KPIs
  • Represent Windcave at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums

What we're looking for

  • 2025 or 2026 graduate
  • Strong academic background
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Curious, tech-comfortable, fast learner
  • Resilient and target-driven
  • Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship)
