At Dexory, we’re using advanced robotics, AI and software to transform the world of logistics. We’re a growing, ambitious team where people from different backgrounds and disciplines work closely together to solve big challenges.

We’re now looking for a Graduate Office Administrator to join our team in Wallingford.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is organised, approachable and enjoys making things happen behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our Senior Office Manager and get involved in a wide range of activities that keep our office running smoothly.

You don’t need years of office experience to be successful in this role. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach. If you’re a recent graduate and are looking to take your first step into an office-based career, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: This role is based in our Wallingford office 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

What you’ll be doing

Every day will be a little different. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering office supplies and merchandise and keeping track of stock.
  • Helping coordinate office maintenance, repairs and general facilities.
  • Making sure our office is welcoming, organised and presentable.
  • Working with colleagues across Dexory, as well as clients and external suppliers.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and packages.
  • Helping arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues when needed.
  • Supporting the organisation of team events, socials and company activities.
  • Keeping physical and digital files and records organised and up to date.
  • Helping with other day-to-day office tasks and projects as they arise.
What we’re looking for

You might already have some administrative experience, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in your potential and how you approach your work.

We’d love you to bring:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using Google Workspace (or similar tools).
  • The ability to work independently while also enjoying being part of a team.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt when priorities change.
  • A friendly, professional and approachable manner.

Most importantly, be yourself. We value curiosity, humility, enthusiasm and character just as much as experience. If you don’t meet every requirement listed above, please still apply. We’d much rather hear from someone with the right attitude and potential than miss out on a great person because they don’t tick every box.
