The Role
We are looking for a Graduate Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing & Business Development team and get involved with:
Requirements
Digital & Analytics
- Support digital marketing performance (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
- Assist the monitoring and reporting of KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives including administrative support to internal committees.
- Represent FairHeat at industry events and forums.
Branding
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of FairHeat’s brand identity and guidelines, ensuring all resources and assets are consistent and up to date.
- Engage with external agencies to produce branding assets.
Public Relations
- Support award submissions, press engagements, and industry initiative participation to raise FairHeat’s profile.
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to annual marketing plans.
Content Creation
- Create & support the creation of compelling content, including thought leadership, case studies, and digital assets.
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, and events.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging.
- Create & support the creation of engaging written and visual content for multiple channels, including LinkedIn, website, email, and internal communications.
- Support the creation materials and campaigns to engage prospective clients and industry partners.
Event Management
- Support the coordination and delivery of both online and in-person events, including webinars, industry conferences, and internal company events.
Cross-Departmental Support
- Assist the provision of marketing support to HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Administration teams as needed.
- Support recruitment campaigns, internal engagement initiatives, and client presentations.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- A Marketing Degree, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and with purpose, ensuring messages are action-oriented and easy to understand.
- Strong ability to produce succinct written content (emails, proposals, reports) and deliver confident verbal updates in meetings or presentations.
Desirable
- Some experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
- Some experience in event management
- Copywriting, content creation, and storytelling experience.
