Position Summary

The Flex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join our Future Leaders Programme in London. You will work closely the one of the Founders and become key in learning the ins and outs of managing a property business on the ground, supporting early on across all vectors from maintenance to operations and process-engineering.
This role is not for the faint hearted and requires unbound levels of grit, ambition and hardiness to succeed. You will have to learn how to wear many hats and build a deep practical knowledge of each vector by working at the entry level in many areas to understand the business from the bottom up.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Building and Launching New Processes and Automations
- Landlord Account Management
- Cost Control
- Onboarding
- Warehouse Logistics
- Maintenance and Ground Operations
Tasks will vary day-to-day from physical activities to complex technical problems. Overtime you will build the skills required to lead a department.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Highly adaptable with a proactive, "get-it-done" mindset.

  • Willingness to get stuck in with physical tasks and get your hands dirty
