What You’ll Be DoingThis is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you’ll learn the foundations of professional selling and customer management.
You will:
Visit customers across the Midlands to understand their needs and build strong relationships
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and territory development
Present and demonstrate our premium maintenance solutions
Learn consultative, value‑based selling through NCH’s proven methodology
Use Salesforce CRM to manage your pipeline and activity
Work independently while being supported by experienced technical and sales teams
Build your own customer base and grow your territory
This role gives you real responsibility from day one, with the support to help you succeed.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have some sales or customer‑facing experience (desirable but not essential)
Are ambitious, driven, and eager to learn
Enjoy meeting people and building relationships
Are organised and disciplined with your time
Communicate clearly and confidently
Are comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
Speak fluent English
Hold a valid driving licence
Want to grow into leadership and build a team in the future
