Field‑based – Midlands, UK

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you’ll learn the foundations of professional selling and customer management.

You will:

  • Visit customers across the Midlands to understand their needs and build strong relationships

  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and territory development

  • Present and demonstrate our premium maintenance solutions

  • Learn consultative, value‑based selling through NCH’s proven methodology

  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage your pipeline and activity

  • Work independently while being supported by experienced technical and sales teams

  • Build your own customer base and grow your territory

This role gives you real responsibility from day one, with the support to help you succeed.

  • Are organised and disciplined with your time

  • Communicate clearly and confidently

  • Are comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)

  • Speak fluent English

  • Hold a valid driving licence

  • Want to grow into leadership and build a team in the future
