The Go-to-Market Manager is responsible for leading the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in Eastern Europe, overseeing sales digitalization, and implementing global programs. This role focuses on developing models for retail channels, managing distributor partners, and enhancing analytics within the commercial team.

The Go-to-Market manager will play a central role in leading Perfect Path to Purchase agenda for Eastern Europe: GTM, Sales digitalization, DPEX program implementation.
This position will report directly to the Head of Sales Excellence Eastern Europe and is based in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the development of the Hybrid Managed Model: Deployment of the 3YS GTM strategy, Roles & Responsibility definition, people onboardings, engagement plan, next steps and development plan; Playbook creation for repeatable models in Retail & Away from Home channels; KAM model improvement
- Lead the creation of a Distributor Partner change playbook, supporting the commercial team on execution
- Manage and support the direct sales model: assist the Head of Sales Excellence in creating the GTM Roadmap for new markets; support commercial roadmap implementation, manage the Merchandisers strategy in Czech Republic.
- Implement Global Programs specifically the Hospitality Program,
- Enhance JVP and implement DPEX Scorecarding: tracking KPIs, reporting results via presentations, dashboards and newsletters
- Lead business cycle continuous enhancement: standardize commercial plan-sign off to improve forecasting, External MPR, create methodology to improve DP category management
- Implement the Perfect Store program: Image recognition & Analytics
- Digital projects development: POS Potential // Sales Tech Ecosystem // Nielsen // Focus // SharpGrid
- Lead analytics in Commercial team - reporting, visualizations and dashboards preparation
Key requirements:
- 5+ proven experience in sales excellence, go-to-market strategies, and key account management
- Experience in managing distributor partners and direct sales models
- Experience in implementing digitalization projects and global programs
