What success looks like in this role:

Reporting to the Digital Workplace Services business unit leader, leads and directs a major, global team of 3500+ associates to deliver high quality technology solutions, services, and processes.  Builds extraordinary collaborations with internal and external clients to meet rapidly changing market demands.  Models and delivers excellence and innovation to maintain top competitiveness. Has a deep understanding of the end user experience journey and will be responsible to drive change into the team.

The Global EUX leader will demonstrate consistent application of innovation and agility in thought processes to delivery to global clients and to build an agile organizational model to meet rapidly changing market demands.  Thought leadership is key in this role where a bias for action and obsession for internal and external clients creates an exceptional End User Experience.  The leader will have a deep understanding of DWS market trends (end user experience) and a focus on invention and creativity leading to developing competitive and differentiated offerings/services.

  • Global accountability for a major service line and manage its respective offerings
  • Be the change agent to drive the needed functional and behavioral changes in the team to deliver the next general of experience to our clients
  • Provide delivery excellence and continued innovation to maintain a top quartile cost competitiveness
  • Continuous improvement of delivery reliability & cost while meeting service level agreements
  • Efficiently manage the workforce and developing talent requirements.
  • Identify and communicate talent requirements the develop that talent in focus areas
  • Harness delivery team creativity, ultimately leading to culture change and elevating Unisys offerings as differentiators in the marketplace
  • Drive labor costs as percent of revenue
  • Establish solution and automation direction based on cost and reliability improvement strategy
  • Execute on DWS strategy
  • Deliver world class service through innovation
  • Plan, design and build an agile organizational model to meet rapidly changing market demands
  • Continuous improvement of delivery reliability and cost
  • Designs business processes that create outstanding experiences for EUX clients
  • Build and maintain internal and external C-level relationships while operating at all levels and staying connected to the details
  • Responsible for leadership of global teams - global service desk, XMO, KFS, knowledge function services, endpoint operations (1st, 2nd and 3rd line support globally) and EUX implementation team

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • University graduate and depth of management and leadership experience.  Specific focus in the Digital Workplace Services/End User Experience field and associated technologies is preferred
  • Experience managing revenue of $150M+ annually
  • Recognized SME in the DWS market with strong understanding of market trends and client business drivers
  • Experience managing and motivating large global teams (2500+) and succeeding in highly matrixed leadership organizations
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels within the organization

Focus areas of qualification:

  • Specific experience in DWS focused on End User Experience.  Demonstrated application of innovation and agility in thought 
  •  Deep expertise building and maintaining internal and external C-level relationships while operating at all levels and staying connected to the details
  • Agile thinker who is adaptable to changes in markets, operations and support.  Challenger of the status quo.
