Purpose of the Role 

This pivotal role will be at the heart of driving progress across the Global Transformation programme, ensuring operational and financial milestones are delivered with precision and momentum. As Transformation Finance Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Global Transformation Director and collaborate with teams across local and regional markets to bring clarity, energy, and insight to a high profile, organisation wide change agenda. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Core Financial Model Stewardship: Support the maintenance of the programme’s central financial model, keeping it accurate, up to date, and aligned with the evolving priorities of the Programme. 

  • High Impact Financial Presentations: Create clear and engaging presentations that communicate financial movements, key drivers, and strategic implications to senior stakeholders. 

  • Internal Reporting & Consolidation: Support the preparation of internal reporting, including translating central financials into consolidated outputs and contributing to reforecasting and planning cycles. 

  • Cost & Benefit Tracking Leadership: Maintain a structured cost and benefit tracking approach, monitoring performance against targets and highlighting any emerging gaps or opportunities. 

  • AdHoc Financial Support: Provide flexible analytical and financial support across the programme as required, contributing to the smooth running of key activities. 

Person Specification 

  • Advanced Financial Modelling Expertise: Demonstrates a high level of financial modelling capability (Advanced Excel) with experience gained from similar programme environments. 

  • Interpretation of Complex Models: Confident in reviewing, understanding, and working with complex financial models developed by others. 

  • Strong Attention to Detail: Maintains a rigorous approach to accuracy, ensuring outputs are reliable, consistent, and free from error. 

  • Clear Communication of Complex Financials: Able to distil complex financial information into clear, concise explanations, highlighting key drivers and areas requiring focus. 

  • Experience in Large, Global Organisations: Brings a proven track record of operating within large, complex global environments, ideally within shared service or transformation programmes focused on process optimisation and operational excellence.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role 

The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office 2 days a week.
