Job Description
Are you ready to make a significant impact at one of the world's leading financial institutions? At JPMorgan Chase, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate to join our Process & Strategy Team within Corporate Finance.
As a Senior Associate within our Process & Strategy Team in Corporate Finance, you will have an exciting opportunity to work directly with J.P. Morgan's technology leadership to promote the firm's technology strategy. You will play a crucial role in supporting fast-paced initiatives to solve complex problems and implement transformation for our business lines. You will work within our Process and Strategy team to develop the overall strategic vision, operating model, architecture, and processes for Technology Investment Governance. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative, disciplined, and business-focused approach to developing high-quality products and solutions.
Job responsibilities

  • Support strategic change initiatives in partnership with Product, Technology, Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions
  • Collaborate with team members across LOBs to analyzing current operational processes and support designing the target operating model
  • Document and analyze current operating model and practices for Technology Investment Governance across different business lines
  • Develop enhanced governance framework ensuring alignment to strategic vision
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and alignment, effectively present ideas and concepts to influence senior management / stakeholder decisions and deliver status updates
  • Identify potential roadblocks/emerging risks and escalate issues as needed


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Pro-active self-starter with ability to solve diverse problems and work under pressure
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Mastery of presentation skills for story telling leveraging PowerPoint, Pitchpro and/or Thinkcell (3 yrs minimum experience)
  • Advanced Data analysis skills using Excel, Tableau to provide data insights and visualization (3 yrs minimum experience)


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Graduated in Economics, Finance or Math
  • Strong understanding of Technology development lifecycle, Agile practices, Product operating model, project management preferred
  • Diverse problem solving experience, preferably with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across technology sectors
