Job Description
What's on the Menu:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead Talent Attraction, Development, and Retention Programs for the Operations function. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent within our organization. This role will be reporting into the People & Performance Director of Global Operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business acumen, talent management, project management, and a deep understanding of strategies to enhance employee engagement and career growth.
Key Ingredients:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies and programs to attract top talent to the operations function
  • Design and execute comprehensive talent development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of existing employees
  • Identify training needs, create learning plans, and coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure the long-term commitment and satisfaction of employees, drive engagement strategy and action plans from hourly to salaried employees in Operations and cross functional.
  • Design and manage career development programs to foster internal mobility and advancement, support annual organizational people review process
  • Ensuring Global and Zones alignment with organizational objectives and functional strategy as well as cascading central programs to the E2E Supply Chain function
  • Monitor program budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators, to ensure successful implementation
  • Regularly assess program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience in talent management and employee development, preferably in a program management role
  • Strong project management skills and able to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously across multiple geographies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
