The Supply Planning Analyst will assist in the consolidation of proposed buy plans and support the monthly supply planning processes through data analysis. The analyst should be able to communicate effectively with the Director & Manager of Global Supply Planning. They may also be responsible for any ad hoc reporting, and tracking of new global planning processes, and should always ensure standardization is prioritized.

Primary Accountability

  • Support the manager in consolidation of buy plans
  • Identifies gaps in data integrity and works with appropriate teams to rectify
  • Supports the Manager in creating integrated, aligned, stable, and agile supply plans to efficiently meet the fill rates, productivity and service level targets
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Demand and Inventory teams to develop/adjust inputs for production planning and material management flow
  • Verifying PO confirmation on time by working with the sourcing, logistics and inventory planning teams.  
  • Verifying deliverables are on time and accurate in systems
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
