Job Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Assist with setting up suppliers and employees in SAP, ensuring information is entered accurately.
- Information Collection: Support the team by gathering necessary details from suppliers and internal business partners for set-up and tax documentation.
- Tax Data Support: Help maintain tax codes and rates for SAP locations under guidance from senior team members.
- Payment Issue Assistance: Assist in researching payment issues related to incorrect or outdated payment instructions and help update records as directed.
- Supplier Mapping Support: Provide support in mapping suppliers for Ariba as needed.
- Customer Service: Respond to basic inquiries from internal customers and help improve the end-user experience.
- Process Compliance: Ensure requests are processed within established timelines and follow quality standards.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 1+ years' experience in data entry, customer service, accounts payable, procurement, or operations (internships or part-time roles considered).
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn data analysis.
- Ability to follow established procedures and policies.
- Good problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with supervision.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Exposure to SAP, Ariba, or Concur is a plus but not required.
- Interest in procurement or vendor management operations.
