Noble Panacea is a revolutionary, deep-tech skincare brand, founded by Nobel Laureate Sir Fraser Stoddart, launched in October 2019. The groundbreaking OSMV™ Technology at the core of the brand enables transformational efficacy and precision. We create with intention and deep respect by adhering to the global principles of green chemistry. We take our commitment to science and sustainability to all stages of products' development, from R&D to packaging.

Ultimately, we strive to promote healthy and youthful skin by empowering all who seek skin longevity and ageless beauty.

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic leader to shape and expand Noble Panacea’s global Specialty Channel presence across the luxury hospitality and wellness sectors.

This role will oversee both business development (opening new high-value locations) and operational management (ensuring excellence and commercial success across existing accounts). The ideal candidate combines a luxury mindset with entrepreneurial drive — equally comfortable pitching at boardroom level and resolving day-to-day operational challenges on the ground.

You will curate Noble Panacea’s presence in the world’s most exclusive destinations — from five-star hotels and longevity clinics to dermatologists, private clubs, and holistic centers — ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our brand’s deep-tech innovation, precision, and elegance.

This role is structured as 50% remote work and 50% travel.

1. Strategic Expansion & Business Development

  • Define and lead the global specialty channel growth strategy across, but not limited to luxury hospitality, wellness, sports, private clubs and medical-aesthetic environments.
  • Identify and secure partnerships in ultra-luxury locations that align with Noble Panacea’s brand values, innovation, and clientele.
  • Achieve annual sales and profitability targets by opening new, high-performing locations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Training, Operations, Merchandising) to deliver seamless launches — from treatment menu integration and merchandising to client activations.

2. Operations & Account Management

  • Manage and grow a global portfolio of high-value specialty accounts, ensuring each achieves sell-in/sell-out and service excellence KPIs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for existing partners — resolving logistical, training, and commercial issues efficiently.
  • Monitor retail performance and implement tailored business plans to drive growth and replenishment.
  • Plan and coordinate training programs with the Education team to ensure best-in-class treatment delivery and retail experience.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners (hotel management, clinic directors, spa teams) to strengthen collaboration and alignment.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports analysing sales, productivity, and activation ROI.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Brand to align local strategies, storytelling, and brand visibility within each environment.
  • Collaborate with Education to elevate the therapist and client journey — from treatment room to retail ceremony.
  • Ensure all brand assets, merchandising, and operational tools are implemented to the highest standard.
  • Contribute to the refinement of global best practices and playbooks for hospitality and specialty channels.

Requirements
  •  Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Hospitality Management preferred.
  •  7–10 years’ experience in global or regional business development within luxury skincare, hospitality, or wellness industries.
  • Proven track record of opening and managing ultra-premium spa, hotel, or wellness accounts (across US, EMEA, and APAC).
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; confident and persuasive with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and adept at managing multiple launches and operational priorities simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-scaling brand environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and innovation.
  • Experience with CRM system (HubSpot is a plus)
