JOB PURPOSE:
The Global Specialist – Marketing – Global Logistics supports the planning, coordination, and execution of global marketing activities, with a strong focus on commercial events, customer engagement initiatives, and performance tracking.
Working under the guidance of senior marketing leaders, this role contributes to the delivery of marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, support lead generation, and strengthen customer engagement. The role provides exposure to global marketing operations within a B2B logistics environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Marketing & Event Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of global and regional marketing events (trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer meetings)
- Assist with event logistics, including registrations, supplier coordination, and marketing materials
- Provide on-site or virtual event support as required
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Support data collection and reporting for events (attendance, leads, engagement metrics)
- Assist in preparing post-event reports and basic ROI analysis
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Customer Feedback & Insights
- Support administration of customer satisfaction surveys and NPS programs
- Assist in compiling feedback and preparing summary insights
- Track follow-up actions in coordination with marketing and commercial teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with regional marketing teams to support execution of global initiatives
- Liaise with sales and commercial teams to align marketing activities with business needs
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies
Administrative & Operational Support
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing
- Maintain documentation and support internal coordination
- Provide general support to the marketing team as required
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, events, or commercial support
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Familiarity with CRM or survey tools is an advantage
- Proactive and willing to learn
