  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and technical site audits to identify actionable opportunities for improvement;
  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (in-house analytics reports, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.);
  • Partner closely with our content and campaign teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all digital content;
  • Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO enhancements, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data;
  • Monitor and report on key SEO KPIs, including rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI;
  • Coordinate with social and paid media teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices;
  • Provide SEO guidance and training to internal stakeholders;
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience as an SEO Manager or similar role (either in-house or agency);
  • Experience managing international/multi-market SEO strategies;
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc;
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices;
  • Up to date with the latest GEO and AIO trends and how they apply to modern B2B marketing;
