About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Global Senior Marketing Automation Manager to help shape and scale how we use marketing automation across our business. As part of the Global Marketing Automation team, you'll work cross-functionally with regional marketers, campaign strategists, and sales teams to drive smarter marketing execution across Marketo,  Pardot, and HubSpot platforms.

You’ll be a critical partner in scaling our newly launched Marketo instance—supporting the onboarding of additional regions, defining global best practices, and ensuring marketing programs are both high-performing and scalable. You'll serve as a strategic consultant for our regional teams—guiding campaign design, audience targeting, reporting, and data integrity across platforms.

You’ll be responsible for, helping to coordinate and guide the work of marketing automation specialists supporting EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions; and you’ll act as the primary point of alignment—ensuring consistent execution, sharing best practices, and supporting team development across these markets for their interactive engagement, acquisition and cross sell programs.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a strategic yet hands-on environment and wants to shape how automation drives business growth.

Please note that this is a remote position.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Director of Global Marketing Automation in providing leadership and day-to-day coordination for marketing automation specialists across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC—ensuring alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing across the team.

  • Act as a strategic partner to regional and global marketing teams, helping them design and optimise campaign strategies through marketing automation.

  • Translate campaign briefs into executable automation requirements and tactics—ensuring best practices, scalability, and data alignment across systems.

  • Lead discovery and intake sessions with marketers to gather campaign requirements and translate them into actionable briefs.

  • Provide consultative guidance on email and nurture strategy, segmentation, lead lifecycle, and automation logic and optimizations.

  • Ensure all automation campaigns have clear objectives and will be measurable for attribution.

  • Partner with CRM and Performance Marketing teams to ensure campaign set-up aligns with global reporting and tracking standards.

  • Champion data integrity and hygiene—ensuring correct usage of fields, tags, segmentation structures, and lead flows.

  • Support the global rollout of our Marketo instance by onboarding new regions, ensuring consistent platform setup, campaign structure, and scalable best practices across all markets.

  • Support Pardot and Hubspot campaign planning, set up, execution and reporting.

  • Monitor performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve results over time.

What we're looking For

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, campaign operations, including exposure to team management.

  • Advanced experience with Marketo (and Pardot, and Hubspot are a plus).

  • Strong understanding of how marketing automation connects with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for marketers and stakeholders.

  • Experience working across multiple regions business units in a matrixed organisation.

  • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day campaign execution.

  • A collaborative, consultative mindset and a natural curiosity for process improvement and scalable growth.

Why join us

You’ll be joining a global, collaborative, and forward-thinking marketing organisation that values innovation, data, and customer-centric thinking. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a visible impact, help define how automation supports growth at scale, work alongside a dynamic team of global marketers and enjoy the benefits and flexibility of working remotely.
