Job Summary:
As a GSOC Team Lead in our Global Security Operations Centre, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to company standards. You will be the point of contact for operational queries and support the GSOC Manager in maintaining 24/7 operational coverage. Your role will involve reviewing and authoring policies, assisting with recruitment and training, and driving team performance. Join us to make a significant impact on our security operations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations within the GSOC to ensure quality control and adherence to procedures. .
  • Serve as the point of contact for operational and procedural queries.
  • Support the GSOC Manager in maintaining 24/7 operational coverage.
  • Conduct systematic reviews of existing policies and procedures and author new documents as required.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of GSOC team members.
  • Drive team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop intelligent solutions to enhance operations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 3 years of experience in Incident Management, Security Operations Centres, Crisis Management or similar function.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple workstreams.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and ability to create comprehensive reports and briefs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence to present and brief at the highest levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team performance.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience in a leadership role within a security operations environment.
  • Familiarity with security operations technology and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing security policies.
  • Knowledge of global security standards and best practices.
  • Proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.
