  • Support Market Leads: Partner with regional and market search leads to troubleshoot operational challenges, point to best practice, and process improvements.
  • Champion Efficiency & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, integrate automation tools, and reduce manual effort in campaign management.
  • Ensure Client-Centric Delivery: Align operational processes with client needs, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Facilitate Change Management: Support on the adoption of new tools, processes, and operational frameworks across the global search network.

Who You Are: A Search Practitioner with a track record of identifying improvements to processes, driving consistency, and striving to deliver high-quality campaigns at scale. You possess:

  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled in using data to identify operational inefficiencies, measure performance, and inform decision-making.
  • Global Experience: Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and organisational structures.
  • Clear Communicator: Strong facilitation skills for contributing on global calls, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
