Global Risk & Compliance Specialist

Location: London Paddington

Boldyn Networks is undergoing an exciting phase of global growth and transformation. We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Global Risk & Compliance Specialist to support our Global Heads of Risk & Privacy and Compliance in delivering key strategic initiatives across international markets. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact risk and compliance programs, gain exposure to global operations, and grow your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Risk Management & Reporting

  • Facilitate risk workshops and assessments across the UK, Europe, USA, and Hong Kong.

  • Maintain and enhance risk data within our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system.

  • Support quarterly reporting for the Audit & Risk Committee.

  • Help mature our risk program by identifying emerging risks and building robust risk profiles.

Compliance & ISO Accreditation

  • Assist in conducting ISO audits and maintaining certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO20000, and ISO55000.

  • Support policy reviews, compliance training, and standards assessments.

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with global stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Business Units.

  • Navigate international time zones and occasional travel opportunities.

  • Participate in company-sponsored development to grow your expertise and career.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree in Risk, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant or transferrable professional experience.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Organised, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Personal Qualities

  • Passionate about making a difference and driving improvements.

  • Curious, growth-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Able to support two senior leaders with professionalism and agility.
