This role will own and execute operational projects based on the strategic direction set by Global Risk and Controls leadership.
The success of this role includes maximizing use of innovative technology to advance function’s readiness for the future, and being a champion for transformational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Enable delivery of projects in support of transformational Risk and Compliance objectives
-
Initiate and maintain collaborative matrix network in support of project execution, including coordinated planning and delivery, identification of synergies, and embedding sustainable change

Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Develop and deploy relevant, value adding tools and resources to a global audience
-
Champion transformational objectives with key stakeholder groups
-
With all deliverables, advance the use of innovative technology for the benefit of both Compliance and the businesses and functions we support
Job related Experience:
-
Successful program delivery in a matrixed environment, including project management skills and ability to contribute to complex projects
-
Experience in Compliance or equivalent (Risk Management, Learning, Operational Deployment)
-
Success with leveraging advances in technology to drive efficiency, collaboration, quality
-
Influence and communication skills, including to leadership, peer and matrix audience
-
The role has a global remit, requiring cultural awareness to engage across all GSK regions.
Basic Qualifications

Demonstrated success in the key areas of responsibility noted

Self-starter, results-oriented, attentive to detail, ability to anticipate and mitigate issues

Organizational awareness; ability to initiate and maintain productive matrix connections
