Purpose of the Role

Joining the Global Reward team, you will support the delivery of our global reward strategy, with a particular focus on the integration of dentsu’s newest acquisition, TAG. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their expertise in reward and HR project work within a global context.

You will work closely with the Global Senior Reward Manager, Regional Reward teams, and TAG HR to help ensure consistency and alignment to market practice. Your responsibilities will include supporting project management activities, preparing documentation, and assisting with the integration of TAG employees into the dentsu career framework and harmonisation of benefits and policies.  In addition to leading the delivery of major cyclical reward activities for the Tag business.

This role is key to ensure reward practices are integrated, aligned and delivered effectively, supporting a culture of transparency, equity and engagement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reward Integration & Alignment: Lead and support the continued integration of TAG employees into dentsu reward frameworks, including data gathering, documentation, and coordination with regional teams. Assist in aligning reward practices, schemes and cycles, and support & maintain the ongoing role mapping to the dentsu career framework.

  • Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: Support governance and decision-making processes by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Prepare Reward proposals, presentations and status updates as needed supporting the HRBPs and business.  Working with the Reward colleagues assist in educating business leaders and HR on reward principles and processes.

  • Compensation & Benchmarking: Contribute to the development and maintenance of compensation structures and pay scales. Conduct benchmarking and affordability analysis to ensure competitive and equitable practices. Lead annual salary and incentive review cycles for Tag specifically in 2026 as they transition into dentsu, collaborating closely with Regional and Global Reward teams.

  • Data & Insight: Analyse compensation and benefits data as required to identify trends and risks. Prepare and present insights to inform decision-making and support stakeholder engagement.

  • Communication & Compliance: Design and communicate reward processes and tools. Resolve complex queries, engage the HR community, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Maintain a focus on transparency, equity and a positive employee experience in all activities.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Extensive total rewards advisory and delivery experience within multinational, matrixed organisations.

  • Strong project management capability, leading initiatives from design through to implementation while managing multiple priorities.

  • Proven expertise in compensation and benefits analysis, including salary benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies.

  • Solid analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven tools and techniques to support reward decision-making.

  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefits legislation, regulations and best-practice approaches in at least one core operating location.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables and design effective incentive or commission schemes.

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office 2 days a week.
