Global Product Manager Trainee

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Learn about the complete lifecycle management of a product, from conducting thorough market research and requirement analysis to product planning, design, development, testing, successful product launch, and seamless operation, under the guidance of product managers.

• Participate in cross-functional team collaborations, understand the roles and responsibilities of different teams, and learn how to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members from different cultural backgrounds.

• Conduct market research, including customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis, to identify customer needs and preferences in different regions and cultures.

• Assist in product planning and development, including product design, technical architecture, and quality assurance.

• Collect user feedback and analyze data, assist product managers in product optimization and iteration.

• Learn about product marketing and user training, improve user engagement and satisfaction.

• Participate in the company's international product strategy formulation and business expansion, understand the company's strategic planning, and market competition in different regions.

• Willingness to travel frequently and potentially relocate for international assignments.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information management, marketing, business administration, or related fields. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and understand customer needs effectively.

• Familiarity with product design and development processes and knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management tools.

• Exhibit exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Display strong learning and adaptability skills, and willingness to learn new technologies and skills.

• Display a keen interest in the international product management field.

• Possess permanent residency in the country of employment.

• Willingness to travel frequently and potentially relocate for international assignments.
