The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Global Procurement Manager to join our Corporate Services team, reporting to the Head of Global Procurement. You will oversee procurement and supply chain activities across all spend categories, lead a small team, and act as a commercial and strategic leader within the function.
You’ll play a key role in developing and evolving the Global Procurement capability, ensuring effective supplier management, sustainable savings, and alignment with our parent company’s controls and standards. What You’ll DoLead, manage, and develop the Capco Procurement team
Streamline and enhance core procurement processes to improve efficiency and control
Lead sourcing, contract negotiation, and due diligence for high-value or complex third-party requirements in line with Capco’s Procurement Policy
Identify sustainable savings and benefits, working closely with internal stakeholders and our parent company
Provide supplier management expertise and ensure effective oversight of complex supplier relationships
Support internal and external audit requirements related to Procurement and Supply Chain activities
Develop and embed procurement and supply chain management policies that strengthen Capco’s control environment
6+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within professional or financial services
Proven experience managing and developing staff and building high-performing teams
Demonstrable success delivering measurable benefits and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong contractual and commercial acumen with highly developed negotiation and project management skills
Excellent communication skills – able to influence effectively across different levels, regions, and cultures
Degree qualified and/or MCIPS certification (preferred)
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
Experience working within a global or matrix organisation
Track record of implementing procurement systems, processes, or governance frameworks
Experience collaborating with parent company procurement or finance teams
Understanding of regulatory requirements or audit processes within Financial Services
Gain experience across the full range of supply chain management responsibilities
Take ownership of diverse sourcing projects with global visibility
