Global Process Owner - Order to Cash
Location: Slough + 50% Hybrid Working
Salary: £94,000- £117,000+ Bonus + Benefits
As the Global Process Owner, you will drive the global strategy for the Order to Cash process, aiming to standardize processes, increase efficiency, and ensure accuracy. You’ll define enterprise-wide standards, establish key metrics, and manage global transformation efforts. You’ll manage a team of Associates, collaborating with Mars Global Services Finance (MGSF), outsourcing providers, and Mars segments. You will hold a strategic nature, necessitating thought leadership and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or professional certification (CA/CPA); master's degree preferred or relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in accounting/finance, particularly in Order to Cash processes; Global Process Owner experience is a plus.
- Experience in Shared Services and/or Business Process Outsourcing, with global and regional knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Familiarity with Order to Cash tools like High Radius and Trade Promotion. Management; proven success in leading transformational programs and managing global teams.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Execute global strategy, process design, and implementation of digital, re-engineering, and innovation projects within Order to Cash.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to decide on delivery models, including Business Process Outsourcing versus captive sourcing.
- Identify, strategize, and implement transformation projects to achieve objectives.
- Define and maintain Order to Cash process and control standards, including automated controls based on Internal Controls Excellence.
- Drive process standardization across geographies, managing customizations and overseeing implementation with indirect teams.
